Selecting an SNS Project

1. Navigate to the SNS Management module within Toolkit from the sidebar.

1. Use the dropdown menu to select the SNS project you wish to manage.

1. Once selected, you will see a dashboard displaying:

• Total number of SNS canisters

• Current cycles balance across all canisters

• Governance statistics, including:

  • Total number of neurons

  • Number of submitted proposals

  • Treasury balance (ICP and any registered ICRC tokens)

Connecting Neurons via Hotkey

1. Navigate to an active Proposal's Overview page.

1. Select "Add Neuron"

1. Copy the Hotkey Principal ID displayed on the page.

1. Open the NNS dApp and assign the copied Principal ID as a hotkey by selecting the neuron(s) and navigating to the bottom of the configuration.

1. Once linked, your neuron will be recognized by Toolkit and enabled for governance actions.

Creating a Proposal

1. Open the Create Proposal page.

1. Select the Proposal Type from the available actions.

1. Enter the required data into each field.

1. Review and confirm your submission.

Registering ICRC Tokens

1. Within the Toolkit dashboard, navigate to Treasury → Tokens.

1. Select Import Token and provide the token’s principal or identifying information.

1. Provide relevant token information, then review and submit the proposal. Once accepted, the token’s balance will be visible within the Toolkit SNS Treasury Overview.
